The Bar Council has approved a new amendment to the Rules of Professional Conduct (RPC) on May 15, 2023.

This amendment, which will come into effect on January 1, 2024, focuses specifically on addressing guidelines related to Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Terrorism Financing were the sole changes made to the RPC.

The approval of this amendment is credited to the unwavering dedication and efforts of NBA President Yakubu Maikyau SAN OON.
