The masterclass will hold on the 11th of March 2020 by 5pm at Seadon Hotels, Off Afromedia, Okoko-Ojo, Lagos. Mr Akpata, speaking to newsmen this morning, expressed delight at the opportunity to discuss a topic so fundamental to legal practice, yet often ignored.
He said “I am pleased to be discussing the topic of Business Development in Legal Practice today with the members of the Badagry Bar. The topic is one that is key in the 21st century lawyer’s practice, yet sadly, has not been given significant attention. In discussing it today, I hope to share my knowledge and experience in this area and share insights on how lawyers can identify prime areas for business development in their practice.”
He concluded that ” Beyond the court room and office rhetorics, we, as lawyers must, continuously learn how to grow our practice and increase our earning capacity. This is essential as it has a direct impact on our ability to sustain our business and improve on welfare”.
