*Says Hon. Justice Oseji Was Hardworking, Humble, And Incorruptible

The Midwest Bar Form, MWBF, has extended Condolence to the Chief Justice of Nigeria, over the demise of Hon. Justice Oseji.

MWBF, in a condolence message made available to TheNigeriaLawyer signed by its Chairman, Chike Onyemenam, SAN, said the deceased was a hard-working, humble and incorruptible man.

My Lord,

CONDOLENCE MESSAGE.

May I on behalf of the Members of the Executive Committee, Learned Brothers in Silk, Elders/Bar Leaders, N.B.A. Branch Chairmen and the entire Members of the Mid-West Bar Forum(MWBF), express our sincere condolence to your Lordship, your brother Justices of the Supreme Court and to the entire Judiciary in Nigeria on the demise of Hon. Justice Samuel Chukwudumebi Oseji(J.S.C.), an erudite Jurist, an Honorary Member and Patron of the Mid-West Bar Forum, of Delta State extraction, who was only recently elevated to the Apex Court as a Justice of the Supreme Court.

Hon. Justice S.C. Oseji was a highly distinguished, conscientious, hardworking, humble, honest and incorruptible man of very high integrity, who throughout his years at the Bench dispensed Justice impartially, without fear or favour.

While mourning his sudden and untimely demise at a time when his conscientious service to the Nation was greatly needed, we thank God for an exemplary and fruitful life well spent and pray that God Almighty will grant him a peaceful repose and also grant his beloved Wife and Children the fortitude to bear the loss.
