The Publicity Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Abuja Branch, Mr. Zach Akubo Esq., has paid a courtesy visit to the FCDA-allocated estate developed under the Lawyers In Business Mass-Housing & Land-Banking Scheme.

During his tour of the site, Mr. Akubo applauded the initiative’s commitment to delivering affordable housing and providing a credible investment platform accessible to both lawyers and non-lawyers. He praised the innovative approach that blends legal entrepreneurship with real estate development, describing it as a “visionary model for inclusive investment.”

The estate, which has attracted increasing interest from legal professionals, is witnessing a surge in participation by Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SANs), some of whom are now investing in the construction of staff quarters within the facility.

Meanwhile, the process for the submission of names of allottees for the issuance of Certificates of Occupancy (C-of-O) by the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister has officially commenced.

Organizers of the scheme announced that a 15% discount on new allocations will end on June 30, 2025. They also disclosed an opportunity to earn a 5% facilitator’s fee for successful referrals, emphasizing that non-lawyers and professionals from all fields are welcome to join.

Prospective investors and interested parties are invited for site inspections and further allocations daily through June 30, 2025, with the next major inspection scheduled for Sunday, June 15, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Meeting Point: Temporary entrance through VON/Trademore Estate Junction, Airport Road, Abuja.
