With just four days to a scheduled price increment, Sir Fidelis Mbadugha, SAN, a prominent member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Enugu Branch, paid a visit to the Lawyers in Business Institute’s FCDA-allocated mass housing estate in the Federal Capital Territory.
