DOCUMENTS CAN BE FILED AT CAC VIA COURIER

In Nigeria, documents can be filed at the Corporate Affairs Commission via three means:

(1) Physical delivery (handover);
(2) Electronic delivery;
(3) Delivery by courier.

• Where documents are delivered via courier, evidence of payment of statutory fees must accompany the document.

• Physical and online filings are more common means of filing than by courier.
