The Former Executive Director, National Primary Health Care Development Agency(NPHCDA), Chief (Dr) Michael Mbanefo Ogbalu (FWACP)(Ichie Ebubedike 1 of Abagana), is dead.

TheNigerialawyer(TNL) gathered that Chief (Dr) Michael Ogbalu who passed on Saturday, the 29th day of February, went to the hospital because he woke up with fever, only did he know that he was going to meet with the lord that same day.

Chief (Dr) Michael Mbanefo Ogbalu (FWACP)(Chief Ebubedike 1 of Abagana), was the father of the Chief Executive Officer, Verve International.

He was one time Best Public Servant of the year recipient.

He died at the age of 80 years. He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren,  siblings, friends, and relatives.
