Former Vice President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), John Aikpokpo-Martins, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Nnamdi Raphael Anagor on his formal inauguration as Chairman of the NBA Awka Branch.

In a goodwill message titled “Let’s Do It,” Aikpokpo-Martins hailed Anagor’s commitment to the legal profession and his leadership qualities, which he described as exemplary. The inauguration took place on Saturday, July 12, 2025.

“I was opportune to have worked closely with Nnamdi Raphael Anagor during the Olumide Akpata administration (2020–2022), where I witnessed firsthand his passion for excellence and commitment to advancing the legal profession,” Aikpokpo-Martins said.

He expressed optimism that the new executive committee would steer the branch toward greater achievements and urged them to embrace innovation, collaboration, and impactful service delivery.

“May their leadership bring glory to the NBA Awka Branch and positively impact the lives of its members,” he added.

Commending the branch for conducting a peaceful and rancour-free election, Aikpokpo-Martins noted that the smooth transition reflected the unity and maturity of the Awka legal community.

“With his proven track record and love for excellence, I am confident that the Awka Branch will thrive under his leadership,” he affirmed.

He concluded by wishing the Anagor-led executive a successful and fulfilling tenure.
