The Lawyers in Business Mass-Housing and Land-Banking Scheme has announced Olabode Akindele, Esq. as one of the latest allottees in its FCDA-allocated estate, just as the countdown to a scheduled price increment hits 20 days.

Prospective buyers can still secure their plots at current rates by making a 50% deposit, which locks in the price and protects them from the upcoming increment. The balance can be spread conveniently over two years through monthly installments.
The estate, located strategically near the Galadimawa Roundabout and major landmarks such as the National Judicial Institute, EFCC Headquarters, and the Body of Benchers Headquarters, already boasts nearly 50 families in residence. It sits adjacent to Brains & Hammers Estate and is separated from Galadimawa by the Galadimawa Hills.

- Friday, 11th April 2025 | 4 PM – 7 PM
- Saturday, 12th April 2025 | 4 PM – 7 PM
- Sunday, 13th April 2025 | 4 PM – 7 PM
The meeting point and temporary entrance are through the VON/Trademore Estate Junction along Airport Road, Abuja.
Additionally, participants stand to earn a 5% facilitator’s fee for every successful referral.
