According to Mr Aluko, the next NBA President must be a leader who will create opportunities for Lawyers, a leader who will invest in building bridges, not walls.
We need a leader who will empower and not exploit young Lawyers, a President who is known for intellectualism and wisdom.
We need a President who is accessible to all members, high and low. A President who will stand up for all members and especially for the weak and vulnerable among us. A President who stands for Justice, Fairness and Equality, rather than tribal, ethnic or sectional sentiments.
“Mr. Olumide Akpata is the leader we need. He is transformational leader with an impressive track record at home and abroad.”
“Above all, Mr. Akpata is a man of character, conviction and capacity. A vote for Mr. Akpata is a vote for the future of the legal profession of our dreams.”
Mr. Aluko urged the Electoral Committee to ensure that the 2020 elections are free, fair, transparent and secure.
