“The choice is an easy one because she has proven her capability at the branch and National level at different times compared to one with experience only at the branch level. As a matter of fact, many of her notable achievements are still with us till this date.

It is also noteworthy that two years cannot be enough to learn on the job or to implement a “test and trial” model at the Secretariat of NBA.

In addition to the foregoing, I have also painstakingly gone through her manifesto, and it is my view that she has clearly demonstrated knowledge of the lapses of NBA Secretariat and given practical guide as to how such lapses can be rectified.

This will not only bring the Noble Profession in tune with the realities of this technological age and time also evolve some expected benefits members should derive from this glorious body called NBA through a functional Secretariat.

For the foregoing reasons and many more, I am of the firm view Mrs Joyce Oduah is the appropriate choice to be given a chance in manning the affairs of the Secretariat of NBA, as I believe we need a General Secretary who can do beyond recording minutes”
