Dutse branch of the Nigerian Bar Association has congratulated the newly elected General Secretary, Joyce Oduah, FICMC, for her victory over the recently concluded polls.

Joyce Oduah defeated the duo, Alex Muoka and Okey Leo Ohagba to emerge the winner.
This was contained in a congratulatory letter dated 1st August, 2020 signed by the Chairman, Garba Abubakar made available to TheNigerialawyer(TNL).
