The Chief Executive Officer of JonahCapital Nigeria Ltd., Mr. Kojo Ansah, has issued a public warning alerting Nigerians on ongoing fraudulent land transactions within River Park Estate, Abuja.
In a public notice made available on Friday, Ansah cautioned prospective land buyers to exercise “extreme caution” in dealing with individuals marketing and selling land within the estate without proper authorization.
He noted that the lands in question are currently the subject of pending legal disputes, and any transactions carried out with unauthorized parties could expose buyers to “serious legal and financial consequences.”
“JonahCapital Nigeria Ltd. is the exclusive and lawful allottee of River Park Estate,” Ansah stated, urging the public to conduct thorough due diligence before making any property-related commitments.
As part of precautionary measures, the public is advised to:
Verify title status at the Department of Lands,
Confirm ongoing litigation at the High Court of the FCT and the Federal High Court,
Authenticate the identity of JonahCapital’s directors with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
Ansah also encouraged prospective buyers to consult legal counsel or reach out directly to JonahCapital Nigeria Ltd. for verification through their official channels:
