The Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC) is set to hold the July edition of its Mediator’s Connect Webinar Series, focusing on the theme “Marketing ADR Skills.”

This month’s session aims to equip alternative dispute resolution (ADR) professionals with the tools needed to build a strong personal brand, attract clients, and thrive in a competitive dispute resolution landscape.

Scheduled for Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at 2:00 PM (WAT), the session will be led by Ambassador Victor A.A.A. Ojaide, Vice President, Finance at ICMC, who brings a wealth of practical experience in mediation and professional development.

According to ICMC, the rising demand for ADR services has made it increasingly important for practitioners to market their expertise strategically. The webinar will explore actionable strategies for enhancing visibility, engaging potential clients, and sustaining a successful ADR practice.

“This session is essential for ADR professionals, mediators, conciliators, and anyone seeking to grow their client base and professional influence in the conflict resolution space,” said Babatunde Oyefeso, FICMC, Registrar of the Institute.

Interested participants are encouraged to register via bit.ly/icmcjuly. Upon registration, attendees will receive a confirmation email with access details to join the session.
