The e-flyer made available to TheNigeriaLawyer (TNL) shows that the service is to be officiated by His Lordship, The Rt. Rev. Dr. Owen C. Nwokolo Bishop on the Niger.

The special service is slated for 23rd August, 2020 by 12noon and reception follows at the C. J. Patterson Hall, All Saints Cathedral, Onitsha
