The Nigerian legal community has been thrown into mourning following the passing of renowned legal luminary, Sir Enweluzo I.C., SAN, whose death was announced with deep sorrow and total submission to the will of God.

Sir Enweluzo was the Principal Partner at Liberty Chambers. He obtained his LLB in 1993 from Rivers State University, Port Harcourt, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1995. He went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) from the same university in 2012.

He was conferred with the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) in 2018 and was widely respected for his unwavering commitment to justice, profound legal insight, and dedication to mentoring younger lawyers. His contributions to the growth and integrity of the legal profession will be remembered with deep admiration.

According to a source close to the family, he passed away after a prolonged battle with illness.

“We pray that God grants his family the strength to bear this irreplaceable loss and comforts all who mourn him,” the source said.

As the legal fraternity and friends mourn this painful loss, everyone is urged to uphold his family in prayer.

May his soul rest in perfect peace.
Lord, in Your mercy, hear our prayers.
