The Lawyers In Business Mass-Housing & Land-Banking Scheme has announced a 100% price increase for its FCDA-allocated plots of land in Abuja, effective February 1, 2025. Prospective buyers are urged to take advantage of the current affordable rates before the deadline.

The scheme offers various plot sizes at the following prices:

  • 300sqm plot built to DPC: ₦15.750 million
  • 450sqm plot built to DPC: ₦19.792 million
  • 250sqm plot built to DPC: ₦13.4 million
  • 160sqm plot built to DPC: ₦10.1 million

A 50% deposit secures a plot and locks in the current price, shielding buyers from the impending increase. The remaining balance can be paid in installments over two years.

Interested buyers are invited to join daily site visits and meetings from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm until January 31, 2025. The meeting point is at the VON/Trademore Estate Junction, Airport Road, Abuja.

The estate, located beneath the Galadimawa Hills, is fully built-up and livable. The expressway leading to the estate was flagged off by the FCT Minister on December 5, 2024, with a six-month delivery timeline.
