The NBA Onitsha Branch has just emerged as the winner of the Young Lawyers Forum Arbitration Challenge 2020!

Over the past months, the inaugural NBA YLF Arbitration Challenge commenced and the teams from the branches across the federation have been involved in a very intense challenge.
In the past weeks, the competition entered the concluding stages as the Onitsha branch beat the Ikot-Ekpene branch of Akwa Ibom in the quarter-final stage to qualify for the semi-finals where they beat the Ibadan branch.
In a keenly contested final stage, the Onitsha branch represented by Darlington Okafor, Chinedu Okoro, and Chukwudalu Daniel Morah beat the Lagos Branch to emerge winner of the Arbitration Challenge 2020 while the Lagos Branch emerged as the 1st Runner Up.
Chinedu Okoro of the Onitsha Branch also emerged Best Oralist in the competition.
Interestingly, the three winners are Alumni of the great Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Anambra State.
The competition was supervised by Professor Konyinsola Ajayi SAN, Managing partner, Olaniwun Ajayi LP, Mrs. Funke Adekoya, SAN, Founding Partner, Aelex and Mrs. Abimbola Akeredoul, SAN, Partner, Banwo & Ighodalo.
