The Leadership of the Anambra State chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Surveyors (NIS) has issued new guidelines with regards, approved standard charges/fees for perimeter survey in the state.

The new approved charges were issued after a meeting between the Surveyor General of Anambra State, the Chairman, Nigerian Institute of Surveyors, and The Chairman, Association of Private Practicing surveyors of Nigeria (APSSN), Anambra Branch.

The approved charge is expected to take effect from the 1st of November, 2020.

According to the memo/circular containing the new charges and sighted by TheNigerianLawyers, any charge for a Surveyors job that deviates from this standard fee is presumably not authentic or duly registered.
