Rano Air Limited has applied to the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) for a grant of license in order to operate scheduled and non scheduled passenger and cargo services.
This is contained in a public notice issued by the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser, Usman Muhammad Oloje, Esq., which was made available to TheNigeriaLawyer.
“This is to inform the general public that Messrs. RANO AIR LIMITED has applied to the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) for grant of Air Transport License (ATL) to operate scheduled and non scheduled passenger and cargo services within and outside Nigeria.” He said.
Furthermore, he stated that pursuant to the application, any person or organization that has an objection thereto should make same known before 28 days.
“Any person or organization that has any objection or representation as to this application should do so within 28 days from the date of this publication.” He said.
Meanwhile, it was added that the objection should be forwarded to specific persons.
