It was rain of accolades for the outgoing executive members of the Bar Association Awka branch, led by the Chairman, Sir G. U. Moneke at Funsurge Hotel & Suites Awka, on Friday.

The Secretary-elect, Tony Anazor, in a chat with TheNigerialawyer said the party was organized by Young Lawyers Forum of the Nigerian Bar Association Awka branch, under the Chairmanship of Young Lawyers Forum NBA Awka Branch, C.N. Ndife to honour the outgoing Executive members on the exemplary leadership and outstanding performance exhibited during their tenure.
In attendance were the elders of the Branch, past Chairmen of the Branch, the incoming Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary of the Branch, some Chairmen of other branches of NBA, the Young Lawyers as well as friends of the Bar.
Award for Exemplary Leadership and Outstanding Performance was given to the outgoing Chairman – Sir Gab Moneke
Every other members of the outgoing executive got an award as well.
