The Vice-President Emeritus of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Mrs. Mandy Asagba, has paid a courtesy visit to the Lawyers In Business Mass-Housing and Land-Banking Scheme, expressing admiration for the organisation’s achievements in providing credible and affordable housing opportunities for legal practitioners and investors.
During the visit, Mrs. Asagba described the initiative as a “model for sustainable investment and housing solutions,” praising its transparent processes and the tangible progress made in land allocation and documentation.
The housing scheme, which will be showcased at the NBA Annual General Conference (AGC) 2025, has announced that visitors to its exhibition stand will have the chance to win special gifts. According to the organisers, a few plots of various sizes are still available at old prices for early buyers, with issuance of Certificates of Occupancy (C of O) to allottees by the FCT Minister already underway, as reported in The Nation newspaper of June 3, 2025 (Pages 23–29).
The scheme has also introduced a 5% facilitator’s fee for those who refer new buyers. Interested persons are encouraged to join the official WhatsApp group via this link or attend the upcoming inspection and allocation exercise scheduled for Wednesday, August 13, 2025, from 5 pm to 7 pm; Friday, August 15, and Saturday, August 16, from 8 am to 11 am and 5 pm to 7 pm; and Sunday, August 17, from 5 pm to 7 pm.
The meeting point and temporary entrance for inspections is through VON/Trademore Estate Junction, Airport Road, Abuja.
