*Transition Committee To Be Chaired By Mazi Afam Osigwe SAN.

The President-Elect of the Nigerian Bar Association, Yakubu Chonoko Maikyau SAN has setup a 17-man Transition Implementation Committee to assist in ensuring a seamless handover to his administration.

This announcement was contained in a statement signed by Mr Maikyau and made available to TheNigeriaLawyer by the National Publicity Secretary-Elect, Akorede Habeeb Lawal.

According to the statement, the Committee will be Chaired by Mazi Afam Osigwe SAN, while other members include: Yemi Akangbe, Abdul Mohammed, SAN, Alhaji Salman Salman, Aminu Sani Gadanya, Augustine Nwabueze Eseagu, Abdulwasiu Alfa, Laura Alakija, Folarin Aluko, Barbara Omosun, Aisha M. Hassan, Chinaecherem Nwaubani, Paul Daudu, Isah Abubakar Aliyu, Olabamiji Adeyeye, Mohammed Adelodun, Kola Omotinugbon.

I thank these distinguished ladies and gentlemen for accepting to serve on this Committee.
