The Nigerian Bar Association, Owerri Branch has announced the relocation of the Election Petition Tribunal for the National/State House of Assembly Elections to High Court Complex, Opposite Shopping Malls, Mararaba Nyanya, Nasarawa State.

In a notice which was released by Mr. Daniel Odiba, the Publicity Secretary, he rightly intimated that:

“This is to notify all lawyers, litigants and the general public that the NATIONAL/STATE HOUSES OF ASSEMBLY ELECTION PETITION TRIBUNAL, OWERRI, IMO STATE has been relocated to the High Court Complex, Opposite Shopping Malls, Mararaba Nyanya, Nasarawa State”.

For further enquiries on the relocation, he asked that the Secretary of the Election Petition should be contacted:

“Kindly contact the Secretary, Election Petition Tribunal on: 08167192099”
