The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has officially released the Enrollee Register for the 1000 beneficiaries, as part of its commitment to provide accessible healthcare services. The initiative aligns with the vision of NBA President Yakubu Chonoko Maikyau, OON, SAN.

As of March 2023, the payments for registering 1000 new legal practitioners and renewing the healthcare coverage for 1000 lawyers under the Pilot Scheme were successfully completed. This initiative ensures that legal professionals have access to affordable and comprehensive healthcare services. The list of beneficiaries has now been made available, and they are urged to visit their designated healthcare facilities armed with the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) Number provided in the attached list, in order to access their entitled medical care.

The Enrollee Register also includes the names of paid subscribers who applied for coverage between January and March 2023. Out of the Nine Hundred and Fifty-Nine (959) beneficiaries listed, 41 individuals are scheduled for onboarding in September 2023, in line with NHIA’s commitment.

Legal practitioners are encouraged to review the attached list, which has been thoughtfully organized in alphabetical order according to surnames. The designated Health Maintenance Organization for this initiative is NNPC HMO.
