The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has announced that the 2023 Annual General Conference (AGC) will commence with a Jumat service on Friday, August 25th in Abuja.

The religious ceremony will be held at the Central Mosque, beginning at 1 p.m. It serves as the opening event of the highly anticipated legal conference.

With the theme “Getting It Right, Charting the Course for Nigeria’s Nation Building,” this year’s NBA Conference will take place from August 25th to September 1st.

The AGC aims to convene legal experts, professionals and stakeholders to discuss critical issues regarding Nigeria’s national development. Participants look forward to gaining insights and contributing to solutions through sessions over the 5-day event.

The AGC Planning Committee has promised robust content and discussions that will deliver lasting impact. Attendees eager to exchange ideas and foster networks are expecting a transformational forum.

The Jumat service signifies the kickoff of the 2023 Conference as legal practitioners across Nigeria gather in the capital city. The religious occasion ushers in an event focused on collectively shaping a stronger, more just future for the nation.
