The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Garki branch, also known as Liberty Bar, will hold day 3 of its Law Week celebrations today at the Basilica of Grace in Gudu, Abuja.
The event, scheduled to start at 9am, will bring together Liberty Bar members to give thanks for God’s goodness over the past year. Participants will also pray for the success of the annual Law Week.
According to the bar’s invitation, the Anglican church venue adjacent to the National Assembly quarters has been selected to host the worship and prayer session.
The Liberty Bar Law Week is an annual program featuring professional development and social activities for lawyers. It provides opportunities for networking, advocacy, philanthropy and officer elections.
Today’s ceremony follows previous events including a dinner, wellness walk, conference, and visit to orphanages. The Week will culminate in a grand finale on September 17.
