The NBA Conference Incident Investigation Committee (NBA-CIIC) has commenced investigation on the NBA-AGC vandalism incident that took place on the 23rd August, 2022 during the distribution of Conference materials, calling for information.

You would recall TheNigeriaLawyer’s report on 23rd day of August, how lawyers went rogue during the distribution of NBA-AGC materials which resulted in vandalism. You would also recall the statement made by the NBA President, Maikyau SAN who promised to constitute the NBA-CIIC for the purpose of investigating the said incident, as according to him, it was a violation of Professional Rules of Conduct and some Lagos State Laws.
In a notice sighted by TheNigeriaLawyer and signed by the Secretary of NBA-CIIC, Fasakin Oyindamola C. the investigation on the incident has since commenced, and the committee was calling on all members and general public who had further information to aid the investigation to come forward.
