In a significant boost to his campaign, Tobenna Erojikwe has received strong endorsements from two Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SAN), Muhammad Dele Belgore and Inam Wilson, for the upcoming Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) presidential election.

“NBA needs a president at this difficult time in our nation’s history that has a positive, dynamic, and forward-looking approach to the interest of lawyers and legal profession,” stated Muhammad Dele Belgore, SAN. Inam Wilson, SAN, concurred, describing Erojikwe as “a forward-thinking leader who is full of innovations and determination to see others succeed in their chosen paths.” Both Senior Advocates highlighted Erojikwe’s work with the NBA Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NBA-ICLE), with Wilson noting that “Through this initiative, Tobenna has played a pivotal role in developing the next generation of technically astute lawyers, providing them with the resources and opportunities to enhance their competence and stay at the forefront of legal practice.”

Muhammad Dele Belgore, SAN, emphasized the critical timing of this election. He highlighted Erojikwe’s leadership of the NBA Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NBA-ICLE) as evidence of his positive and dynamic approach.

Belgore particularly noted Erojikwe’s connection with young lawyers, describing it as “a very strong case for him to be the next NBA president.” He added, “Tobenna has both the ideas and the people, a combination the NBA badly needs at this time.”

Echoing similar sentiments, Inam Wilson, SAN, praised Erojikwe’s commitment to human development and his ability to inspire growth. Wilson highlighted Erojikwe’s work with the NBA-ICLE, stating that it “highlights his commitment to facilitating knowledge building among lawyers.”

Both Senior Advocates emphasized Erojikwe’s leadership qualities and his potential to address the current challenges facing the NBA. Belgore urged colleagues to vote for Erojikwe, while Wilson expressed his wholehearted support, stating, “I rest easy knowing that someone of Tobenna’s calibre is in the running for the foremost position at the Bar.”

These endorsements from prominent figures in the Nigerian legal community underscore Erojikwe’s growing support base as the NBA presidential election approaches. They highlight his track record in legal education, his appeal to young lawyers, and his vision for the future of the NBA as key factors in their support.
