I just received the news of the demise of Mrs. Bisi Akodu, the legal amazon, who until her death, was the managing partner of Olisa Agbakoba & co. Her death is a big blow to all of us in the legal world.
Bisi Akodu Esq in her lifetime was a lawyer with great reputation who contributed hugely to the growth of our jurisprudence. She had queen’s understanding of the law and was a committed member of NBA Lagos branch.
She was a special woman who does everything with passion and dexterity. She was among the best in our profession. She will be greatly missed by her family, the OAL, friends, NBA Lagos Branch and the entire NBA.
May the Almighty God grant the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
