I write to commiserate with the entire leadership and members of NBA Owerri branch and the deceased’s family for the loss of our dear colleague, late Mr. Uche Wisdom Durueke, whose sad news of death came as a rude shock this afternoon, 15th May, 2020.

The late Mr. Uche Wisdom Durueke was until his demise, a committed member of NBA Owerri branch, a renowned Rights Activist, always offering selfless service to the Bar and was relentless in promoting the ideals of the Profession. He will be greatly missed by family, friends, the NBA and in particular, Owerri branch.

My deepest condolences to the deceased’s grieving family and all members of NBA Owerri branch. I pray God to grant you the fortitude to bear this painful loss.

May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace!
