HOSPITALS TREATING GUNSHOT VICTIMS MUST NOTIFY FAMILY MEMBER OR RELATIONS OF VICTIMS

In Nigeria, hospitals treating persons with gunshot wounds are under obligation to notify the family members or relations of the victim, within 24 hours of becoming aware of the victim’s identity, as far as they may ascertain.
