FIDA Bayelsa Condemns The Killing Of NDU Student, Seiyefa Fred, By Unknown Gunmen, Charges Security Forces To Bring Killer To Book

Zimughan Ogunbajo and made available to TheNigerialawyer (TNL) the body affirms that in line with their mandate to protect the rights of Women and Children, they outrightly condemn the dastardly act in all ramifications. “International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) Nigeria, Bayelsa State chapter, in line with our mandate to protect the rights of Women and Children, outrightly condemns this dastardly act in all ramifications. Human life which is Sacrosanct should be held in high esteem by all and sundry. “Accordingly, we call on all relevant Security Authorities and Agencies to thoroughly investigate and bring the perpetrators of this heinous crime to book. “Fida Bayelsa pledge our continuous support to all relevant Security Authorities and Agencies to ensure that Justice is served in this case,” they said. However, a news making the round indicates that a man suspected to be the killer of the teenager has been apprehended by the vigilante group in Bayelsa State and handed over to the Nigerian Police.
