Federal High Court has fixed date for this year’s Annual Vacation. 

Chief Registrar, Emmanuel Gakko in his statement noted that the vacation will start on the 8th of July, 2019.

Below is the note

The Federal High Court of Nigeria wishes to notify the General Public, Lawyers and Litigants that the Honourable Court’s Annual Vacation for the Year 2019 shall commence on Monday, the 8th day of July, 2019 and would end on Friday, the 13th day of September 2019.

However, Abuja Judicial Division will be functional to cater for cases of EXTREME URGENCY from the Federal Capital
Territory, North Central, North Western, and North Eastern States, Lagos Judicial Division will cater for cases from the South Western States, and Port-Harcourt Judicial Division
will cater for cases from the South-South and South Eastern States.

The Court would resume in all Judicial Divisions on Monday, the 16th day of September 2019.
