The FCT High Court has designated the 18th of July to the 9th of September, 2022 for its annual Court Vacation.
This was made known through an official notice dated made available to TheNigeriaLawyer and signed by the Chief Judge of the High Court of the FCT, Abuja Hon. Justice Husseini Baba Yusuf and dated 2nd June, 2022.
Hon Justice Yusuf said that the dates were approved pursuant to Order 52 Rupe 4 of the Rules of the FCT High Court and that the approved date were for all Hon. Judges of the FCT High Court.
The learned Justice went on to establish that the New legal year of the Court will commence on the 12th of September, 2022 and proceeded to wish his colleagues a pleasant vacation in advance.
