The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has declared two directors of Oasis Vivacity Global Limited, Victoria Chidinma Nwachukwu and Oluwatosin Osasona Adekunle, wanted over allegations bordering on conspiracy, obtaining money by false pretence and fraudulent diversion of funds.

The anti-graft agency announced the development in separate notices issued on Wednesday and signed by its Head of Media and Publicity, Dele Oyewale.

According to the EFCC, Nwachukwu, 31, from Imo State, is wanted in connection with an alleged case involving conspiracy, obtaining money by false pretence and fraudulent diversion of funds.

The Commission identified her last known address as House No. 3, Millennium Estate, Alhaji Gbenga Ashafa Street, Gbagada, Lagos State.

The EFCC similarly declared Adekunle, 32, from Ekiti State, wanted over the same alleged offences.

Adekunle was also identified by the Commission as a director associated with Oasis Vivacity Global Limited, with the same Gbagada address listed as his last known residence.

The EFCC called on members of the public with useful information that could assist in locating either of the two persons to contact the Commission through any of its offices across the country.
