1. Pursuant to Article 7 of the Constitution of the Eastern Bar Forum, Chairmen of all Branches of NBA in EBF are hereby requested to forward the names of delegates from their branches who are eligible to vote in the EBF Election scheduled to hold on Saturday, 27th July, 2019.

2. Please note that the following category of persons are delegates for purposes of the election:

(a) Governing Council Members
b) Benchers and Senior Adovates of Nigeria who are members of the Forum
c) All National Officers of the NBA who are members of the Forum.
d) All NEC members of the NBA who are members of the Forum
e) All Chairmen and Secretaries of member branches
f) Three Delegates from each of the Branches that make up the Forum.

3. NOTE that only Branches that have subscribed and have paid their annual dues on or before 31/3 of the election year shall be entitled to nominate Delegates and Delegates must be up to date with their annual dues.
