The Chief Justice of Delta State, Hon. Justice Theresa Diai, has approved Monday, 4th and Tuesday 5th July, 2022 as Court free days so as to enable members of the bar to participate in the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) Section of Legal Practice (SLP) Annual Conference holding at Asaba.

This was made known through a circular made available to TheNigeriaLawyer, dated 1st July and signed by the Chief Registrar, O. Aforkeya Esq.

The letter which was addressed to all Honourable Judges, Delta state, stated that the Honourable Chief Judge, Hon. Justice Theresa Diai, after considering the application made by the NBA, approved the said date as Court Free dates to enable members of the Bar fully participate in the plenary sessions of the NBA-SLP Annual Conference holding in Asaba for the said period.

The NBA-SLP Conference which is tagged “Legal Practice in Nigeria: Our reality, Our future” is expected to hold from the 3rd-6th of July,2022 at the Dome Event Centre by DBS Junction, Asaba, Delta State.
