The Opposition Coalition CUPP has raised eyebrows concerning the nomination of three justices of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal that ruled against the petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party [PDP] and its candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.

The group wondered why three justices who sat at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal that upheld Buhari’s election will be suddenly elevated to the Apex Court.

Justice Garba Mohammed, Abdu Aboki and Samuel Oseji — were nominated to be elevated to Supreme Court less than two weeks after delivery of the judgement set up by Appeal Court.
