A prominent Justice on Nigeria’s Court of Appeal, Justice Raphael Chikwe Agbo, has passed on July 04, 2023 at the age of 69 years old.

Justice Agbo passed away in Calabar on Monday, according to a senior lawyer who spoke to TheNigerialawyer.
According to a source, he was getting ready to retire in October and had an underlying diabetes condition.
Agbo, who was admitted to the bar in 1978, was appointed as a member of the Court of Appeal in 2005.
