The Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Judicial Service Commission, Mrs Olubukola Salami, has urged judicial staff on grade levels 01 to 09 to acquire requisite skills in their fields to boost their competence.

In her address at a three-day retreat for junior and senior staff in Ikeja on Friday, she stated, “Skills are key for employees to be organised, meet deadlines, minimise stress and carry out your duties more efficiently. Also, learn how improving your organisational skills affect your work performance.

You need to know what this skill set entails.

Thus, organisational skills are skills that allow you to use your resources efficiently and effectively.

That means you need to manage your time, energy and workspace well to accomplish all your assigned tasks successfully.”
