A Colombian judge has sparked outrage after a video emerged showing her receiving a raunchy lap dance from a muscular man inside a courthouse.

Judge Vivian Polanía was filmed giggling as the man gyrated suggestively over her at the Court of Justice in Cúcuta, Colombia. He also fed her a penis-shaped dessert in the clip made public online.

The incident occurred during a private party Polanía paid for, held after work hours. But lawyers and officials condemned it as bringing disrepute to the dignity of the court, warning judicial premises cannot be turned into “burlesque houses.”

Polanía defended her actions, claiming it was just a lively, colorful gathering, not sexually explicit. However, this is not her first brush with scandal.

Last year, the judge was suspended for appearing half-naked while smoking during a video hearing. In 2020, she faced probes for sharing lingerie photos for clothing discounts.

The National Judicial Discipline Commission has ordered an investigation into all officials involved in Polanía’s latest viral video. The lap dance episode has reinforced criticism of the judge for conduct unbecoming of her office.
