*As Nigerians Demand 24-Hour Action from CAC Call Agents

The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) is responding to customers’ grievances over delayed responses from its call center. CAC Registrar General Ishaq Hussaini Magaji SAN stated on January 11th that no complaint should linger beyond 24 hours without resolution.

Following further criticism, CAC tweeted its valid call center number – 07080629000 – and complaints email – helpdesk@cac.gov.ng. The Commission implored esteemed customers to use these channels for prompt assistance.

Registrar Magaji had visited the call center to investigate mounting criticism. He pledged his team’s around-the-clock effort to ensure customer issues get speedy answers.

Nonetheless, clients demanded improved service from Africa’s largest business registry. They urged CAC to upgrade technology and hire more support staff.

Responding to the registrar’s appeal for patience, Nigerians insisted on quality service befitting CAC’s standards. The Commission registers and regulates corporate bodies in alignment with global best practices.

As CAC enhances its customer service, it continues sensitizing Nigerians on using its e-systems for business registration and operations. Stakeholders laud its digitization drive amidst calls for better user experience.
