Corporate Affairs Commission has said that the payment of the revalidation for customers is one-off.

The Commission made this disclosure on Friday, via its Twitter handle. 

The Commission also stated that the accreditation is not renewable annually. 

The message further reads:

“The timeline for re-validation of accreditation has been extended to June 10 2021.”

TheNigerialawyer recalls that the Corporate Affairs Commission [CAC] on Wednesday made a new directive via its website, that each agent [including legal practitioners] would be required to annually renew their validation in other to further access the portal. The supposed fee for the annual revalidation exercise is currently pegged at Ten Thousand Naira [N10,000] only.
