At a meeting of the council presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, the Minister of State for Aviation, Hadi Sirika, was asked to brief members on steps so far taken on the development. The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, disclosed this to State House correspondents at the end of the meeting.
