Chief Ademola Samuel of Lagos has joined the growing list of beneficiaries in the Lawyers in Business Mass-Housing & Land-Banking Scheme, as 24 new families and tenants recently moved into the estate, bringing total occupants to about 85.

Participants can still take advantage of a 5% discount, with the scheme offering a facilitator’s fee of 5% for referrals. Interested persons can secure a plot with a 50% deposit, shielding them from a planned price increase on March 1, 2026. The balance can be spread over two years with monthly installments.

Inspection and allocation visits are ongoing:

  • Saturday, 21st February 2026 – 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
  • Sunday, 22nd February 2026 – 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
  • Daily – 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, until 1st March 2026
