Prominent legal practitioner and Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Prof. Yemi Akinseye-George, has become one of the latest allottees in the Lawyers In Business Mass-Housing and Land-Banking Scheme.

The Lawyers In Business Mass-Housing and Land-Banking Scheme offers prospective allottees flexible payment options, with a 50 per cent deposit securing a plot and protecting buyers from the price increment scheduled for March 1, 2026. The balance can be spread over two years through monthly installments.

The scheme also offers a 5 per cent facilitator’s fee for individuals who refer new participants.

The organisers have scheduled inspection visits for interested persons as follows:

  • Friday, January 24, 2026: 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, January 25, 2026: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
  • Sunday, January 26, 2026: 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The meeting point and temporary entrance is through VON Estate Junction, Airport Road, Abuja. Prospective allottees can also book other days and times most suitable for them.
