The Lawyers in Business Institute has announced the availability of plots, including Hon. Justice O.O.’s plot and those of other senior lawyers who opted for anonymity, now fully processed at the District Planning Commission (DPC) and ready for construction of staff quarters under its Mass-Housing and Land-Banking Scheme.
The initiative, aimed at providing legal practitioners with accessible property ownership opportunities, offers a 15% discount on allocations for a limited period, ending in 20 days. Interested members can secure a plot with a 50% deposit, while the balance may be paid in monthly installments over two years.
Prospective buyers can inspect available plots and make allocations on Wednesday, 10th September 2025, and Sunday, 14th September 2025, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Flexible appointments for other dates and times are also available.
For inquiries and registration, participants can call or chat via 08060266163, 090407040950, or 08067456723. A promotional WhatsApp group has also been set up for updates: https://chat.whatsapp.com/KXjkXASnonQ7rOCOyochOS
