As the 2025 Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Annual General Conference in Enugu concluded, Dr. Rapulu Nduka, Past National Publicity Secretary of the NBA, sent a heartfelt farewell message to his colleagues, celebrating the success of the gathering.
