The petition, filed through the legal firm of Audu Karimu & Co., alleges that Dr. Adedotun was deceived into transferring funds to purchase a one-bedroom apartment at Regina Tower, Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai, a property that never materialized. The legal firm claims that the accused parties, including Dr. Akintayo Stephen and associates Miss Jacklin Njeri, Abisola Awosanya, and Mr. Abimbola Joseph Olupaiye, acted in concert to defraud Dr. Adedotun.
